Industrial Validation Engineer Opportunity

Certain Advantage is seeking a skilled Industrial Validation Engineer to join our team on a 9-month contract. This role will involve working with suppliers to ensure they meet our requirements for delivering high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers and develop Industrial Validation Plans
  • Assess and validate supplier capabilities to meet our requirements
  • Conduct Industrial Validation activities, including Process FMEAs and Manufacturing Readiness Level assessments
  • Identify and mitigate potential manufacturing and supply chain risks
  • Collaborate with a multi-functional team to ensure successful delivery of parts
Requirements:
  • Strong manufacturing engineering background with experience in project delivery and project management
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques, with an appreciation for project delivery
  • Experience in manufacturing or supplier quality in the Aerospace or Defence environments is desirable
  • Ability to support suppliers and customers in developing robust manufacturing systems and control plans
  • Proficient in Industrial Validation tools, including Process FMEAs and Manufacturing Readiness Level assessments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
