Barker Ross is seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our team on a temp to permanent contract for a family-run general haulage business based in Worksop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-inspection and post-use checks on vehicles and trailers.
  • Ensure safe strapping of loads to flatbed trailers.
  • Deliver a range of goods nationally with opportunities for overtime.
  • Plan routes to deliver loads efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Class 1 licence.
  • Valid CPC and Tacho.
  • Experience with delivering goods using a flatbed trailer.
  • Ability to plan own routes and maintain a delivery schedule.
Benefits:
  • Salary: £16.00 per hour + £30 night out fee.
  • Flexible working hours.
