Lounges are unique spaces that thrive on the passion and dedication of their team members. As a Barista, you'll be a key contributor to creating an exceptional guest experience, crafting great coffee, and making our visitors feel welcome.

Beyond brewing the perfect cup, you'll play a vital role in front-of-house operations, including waiting tables and running food. You'll take pride in seeing our regulars, knowing you've made their day a little brighter.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Barista and a genuine passion for coffee
  • Bags of energy, your own personality - and we can teach you the rest
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
  • Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales
