We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist - Web Experience to join our team at Aquent. This individual will be responsible for developing and publishing online content using Amazon CMS technology, as well as collaborating with engineering teams to solve website problems and improve user experiences.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to leverage their expertise in UX, UI, HTML/CSS, and personalization/automation to create engaging web experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management and ticketing tools, such as JIRA, Workfront, or Asana, as well as web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, publish, and manage online content using Amazon CMS technology.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to solve website problems, improve user experiences, and test new features.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain relationships with key partners and customers.
  • Create and manage a library of web templates, SOPs, and CMS job aides.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to determine appropriate content, user flows, and timing for content refreshes.
  • Consult with internal teams to help find solutions and guide them towards best practices.
  • Test website functionality and check for errors or inconsistencies with rigorous quality standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in digital marketing and web production.
  • Mastery of HTML/CSS.
  • High proficiency with common content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or Web Center Sites.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfort explaining projects to leadership or team leads.
  • Experience with project management & ticketing tools, such as JIRA, Workfront, Basecamp, or Asana.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Bonus Points
  • UX design and research experience.
  • Proven track record of content management within a large enterprise.
  • Experience managing CMS or website production teams.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization platforms, such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

The estimated salary range for this role is based on national averages and industry standards. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
