About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Acquisition Manager to join our team at Airtime. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving member acquisition across all our partners and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive member acquisition
  • Work closely with our marketing and product teams to utilise and optimise all channels to meet monthly growth targets
  • Create and manage new user acquisition channels and campaigns
  • Ensure the effective use and capabilities of all internal or 3rd party marketing and tracking platforms, tools and technology
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis, reporting & recommendations for continuous improvement and growth optimisation
  • Actively seek out and manage various partnerships which generate member acquisition for Airtime
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in growth marketing, mobile app growth, paid ad platforms and referral
  • Proven track record of developing data-driven growth strategies
  • Experience building and executing mobile app growth strategies at scale
