We are seeking a CNC Setter/Operator to join our team, focusing on high-spec maritime defence contracts.


The role involves setting and operating CNC mill and turning machines, achieving tight tolerances, and meeting manufacturing hours and deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Operating CNC mill and turning machines
  • Achieving tight tolerances on various machinery
  • Meeting manufacturing hours and deadlines
  • Completing inspection using Renishaw probe and hand measuring devices
  • Ensuring high-quality manufacturing
