Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the young people we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation
  • Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Team to maintain a person-centered, empowering approach
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to enhance the quality of life of the people in our care

Requirements:

  • Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Experience of working with children, young people, and adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
  • Valid UK full driving license and access to own vehicle
