Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a best-in-class fire safety management strategy
  • Provide subject matter expertise in M&E and fire asset maintenance and investment principles
  • Assist in the execution of property plans and transactions, including asset acquisitions and disposals
  • Liaise with departmental representatives to support all relocations and management of relocation services
  • Provide reports and ensure property-related data is appropriately maintained in systems

Requirements:
