We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is committed to providing high-quality education to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We are seeking a qualified Classroom Practitioner to join our Reception and KS1 Cognition and Learning Resource Base.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEND.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of SEND students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching practices and resources that meet the needs of SEND students.
- Contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and provide regular progress updates.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience of working with students with SEND.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
