Marketing and Campaigns Manager – Propositions

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Campaigns Manager – Propositions to join our Inflight Retail team at easyJet. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies for our Inflight Retail propositions, driving customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop insight-driven marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
- Own the end-to-end customer journey touchpoints, analysing customer insights to inform marketing decisions
- Implement marketing plans, managing creative development and implementation of Inflight Retail marketing campaigns across various channels
- Drive commercial KPIs, identifying and reporting on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in a retail capacity
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience delivering retail marketing content and proven commercial success
- Ability to interpret customer insights and turn them into clear implementation plans
- Resilient, organised, and able to react to a constantly changing and dynamic environment
- Competitive base salary
