Security Service Engineer

**Job Summary**

Complete Security Recruitment is seeking a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team in Nottingham or Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining security systems, responding to service calls, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain security systems in your assigned area, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently
* Respond to service calls on all types of security systems, adhering to current standards and customer requirements
* Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits in your area, prioritizing customer needs
* Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring site visits are well-planned and executed
* Maintain stock levels with support from the Stores team, ensuring all necessary materials are available
* Attend training sessions and engineering team meetings as required, staying up-to-date with industry developments
* Identify personal training and development needs to provide the best possible customer service

**Systems and Experience**

* Intruder systems: Galaxy, Texecom, Aritech
* CCTV systems: Hikvision, Axis, and generic analogue systems
* Access control systems: Paxton, BPT, ACT
* Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry
* Good all-round knowledge of security systems
* Experience of front-line customer contact preferred
* Excellent organisational skills
* Professional and presentable at all times
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
