Job Title: Automotive Social Media Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team at ZANS Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, enhancing our online presence, and growing our brand's community.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
  2. Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand's voice and resonates with our target audience.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to inform our marketing strategy.
  4. Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns and ensure a cohesive brand message.
  5. Manage and grow our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our online presence remains competitive.
  7. Coordinate with influencers, brand advocates, and other partners to increase brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  8. Monitor competitors' social media presence and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
  3. Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
  4. Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  5. Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
  6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  7. Creative mindset with attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality content and experiences.
  8. Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing trends, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest best practices.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  10. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
