Salary: Up to £60,000
Harnham are working with a leading challenger bank to bring in a Model Validation Manager to work on a variety of models across the bank.
The Company:
The company is a growing challenger bank offering a range of products. As a Model Validation Manager, you'll be working within a relatively small team, meaning you'll get a great amount of exposure to different areas and learning opportunities.
The Role:
As a Model Validation Manager, you'll be primarily focused on end-to-end validation of all the models within the bank. The company is also looking to introduce challenger models; hence, this role will enable you to create and develop challenger models for the bank.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in model validation and development
- IRB modelling is a strong preference
- Proficiency in either R, SAS, or SQL is required, with a strong preference for R
- Stakeholder Management experience
The Benefits:
- Salary up to £60,000
