Career Opportunity with CTS Projects
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager QS to join our team in a key role, focusing on the delivery of major planned works projects across NI water sites. As a Project Manager QS, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, interpreting client requirements, and ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver major contracts, interpreting client requirements, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Manage client relationships and service delivery, maintaining a professional and diligent manner.
  • Accurate site measurements, drawing, and taking off plans, preparing quotations based on site measures and schedules of rates.
  • Program project resources, maintain cost control, and perform commercial functions in tender bids.
  • Procurement and management of suppliers and sub-contractors, change control procedures, and ensure information is presented accurately.
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner, supporting Head Office helpdesk functions, and upholding Data Protection Policies.

Requirements:
  • Recognised Construction Qualification (BSc/HNC/HND)
  • Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
  • Full UK Driving License
  • 5 years experience in the construction industry
  • Experience in Measured Terms Schedules (desirable) and Facilities Management Experience (desirable)

Attributes/Skills:
  • Understanding of construction processes and methodology
  • Strong IT skills (Excel/Word/Outlook/Databases)
  • Able to work on own initiative, methodically, and with attention to detail
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible attitude towards assigned tasks and reliability

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
