Job Title: Construction Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Construction Planning Specialist to join our team at https://www.energyjobline.com/sitemap. As a Construction Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams to gather information and update schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
  • Analyse and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the project risk management process, including the identification and analysis of risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to the resolution of planning-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning documentation and records.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction planning, preferably within a main contracting construction environment.
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts and experience in contract administration is an advantage.
