We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's team in Gwynedd. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for working on various projects, including product development before launches.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, along with benefits such as days shifts (39 hours per week), permanent position, potential for flexibility in start/finish times, opportunity for progression, and early finish on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves:

  • Working with cross-functional business teams to meet daily production schedules and lead improvement strategies and initiatives.
  • Managing projects which include new production equipment, process improvements, and cost reductions while supporting new product introductions.
Requirements:

Candidates must have:

  • A strong background in Engineering, with knowledge of CNC Machines, Press Machines, and Assembly.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • BSc or HNC in an engineering/technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
