Building Services Maintenance Expert

In this role, you will rectify hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems, complete mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves, etc., and carry out minor installation work. You will also engage with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will require a recognized NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning, F-GAS 2079 CAT1, proven building maintenance experience, and the ability to work at height, on roofs, up steps, and ladders and in MEWPs. Additionally, you should be able to work with and control the CAFM system via iPad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs
- Rectify hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems
