Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our dynamic team in Corby. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained across all our projects.

Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and oversee health and safety policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure all safety measures are effectively communicated and adhered to on-site.
- Provide expert advice and support to project teams and management to promote a culture of safety.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance, conducting audits and inspections as required.
- Deliver training and inductions to staff and subcontractors on health and safety procedures.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential).
- NVQ Level 4 in Health and Safety (preferred but not essential).
- Significant experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation and best practices.
