About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GTM Enablement Manager to join our team at Anaplan. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will play a critical role in defining sales enablement priorities and building, deploying, and supervising enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and the global sales enablement team to define sales enablement priorities and build, deploy, and supervise enablement programs.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Build, edit, and approve content to educate the sales team on sales tools, onboarding, and product updates.
  • Train sales teams on the best use of sales enablement materials and sales tools.
  • Field ad-hoc content and support requests from sales teams.
  • Provide mentorship on sales calls and demos, as needed.
  • Help the global enablement team and cross-functional SMEs to ensure the sales enablement content repository is easily and readily accessible and kept up to date.
  • Resolve content adoption and success metrics and keep the Global GTM Enablement dashboard up to date with customer satisfaction and business metrics for EMEA sales.
  • Define sales enablement standard processes and facilitate and produce a cadence of regular onboarding and ongoing development workshops.
  • Conduct and report on results and surveys.
  • Gather feedback from sales teams on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree; Sales, business, and marketing majors preferred.
  • Enterprise sales experience is essential for this role. A significant background in successful, value-based, complex business sales will be needed to create credibility in front of sales leaders.
  • Client-facing experience, gravitas in a sales, customer success, presales, or sales support required.
  • Adept and practiced presentation skills with demonstrated examples of influencing sales persons from SDR to Sales Management.
  • Experience with sales enablement and learning management tools preferred.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills, social skills, and high Emotional Intelligence.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced, unexpected environment.
