About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor Assistant to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Swimming Instructor Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Swimming Teachers in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to learners of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Swimming Teachers in delivering swimming lessons to learners of all ages
  • Work closely with Swimming Teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
  • Assist with the development of swimmers' skills and confidence in the water
  • Provide excellent customer service to learners and their families

Requirements

  • Ability to work with children and adults
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in swimming teaching or children's classes (desirable)
  • Level 1 UKCC Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent (desirable)
