About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Strategic Clinical Network Lead for Respiratory Conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of respiratory care, driving innovation and improvement in patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Respiratory Conditions Network, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective care pathways.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and managers to design and deliver high-quality, patient-centered services that meet the needs of individuals with respiratory conditions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including NHS Wales, Welsh Government, and the third sector, to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Contribute to the development of national policy and guidelines for respiratory care, ensuring that the needs of patients and families are at the forefront of decision-making.
Requirements
  • Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification and registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience in respiratory care, with a strong understanding of the complexities of chronic respiratory conditions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and experiences.

This is a part-time position, with a fixed term of 16 months due to funding. The post holder will be based at NHS Executive Offices, with regular travel to other locations as required.
