About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our education team at Queenswood School in Ledbury, Herefordshire. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties and additional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students with their work
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEMH difficulties and additional needs
  • Establish positive relationships with students, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs
  • Support with pupil behavior and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
