About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Longridge Hall, a friendly residential care home in Longridge. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional person-centered care to our residents, ensuring a warm, happy, and homely environment is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in providing care to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
