Job Description:

We are seeking an immediate Linen Porter to join our busy hotel team in Dunblane, Perthshire. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the collection and distribution of linen across all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the efficient collection and distribution of linen across all hotel departments
  • Ensure timely delivery of fresh linen to housekeeping staff and retrieve soiled linen for laundering
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the linen storage areas
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and recording stock levels
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to support smooth daily operations
  • Report any maintenance issues or shortages to the relevant department promptly

Requirements:

  • Able to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks efficiently
  • Flexible to work on a casual basis
  • Local or car driver as there is no accommodation provided

Benefits:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Weekly pay (paid each Friday)
  • Shifts available either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 4pm

About the Role:

This is an interim Linen Porter role requiring someone who is immediately available or flexible to work on a casual basis. Ideally, candidates will come from a hospitality background. We offer a competitive rate of £11.50 per hour depending on experience.
