Culinary Artist

About the Role:

You will work closely with the Head Chef in planning, organizing and preparing high-quality, nutritious meals for residents.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure all food is produced to our high standards and the correct quantities are delivered to relevant service points at the right time.
• Maintain high cleanliness throughout the kitchen and ensure all of Brunelcare's Health and Safety procedures are implemented.
• You may also be asked to step in for the Head Chef if they are absent.

About You:

• Previous experience in a catering environment and excellent catering skills are essential.
• Availability to work various hours between 6am - 6pm, some weekends but no evenings or split shifts.
• You must enjoy working as part of a team and be willing to undergo further training and development.
