Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a Care and Support Professional to join our specialist care organisation in Kesgrave, Suffolk. The ideal candidate will have a natural person-centred approach and a desire to enable those who they support to achieve greater independence. As a Care and Support Professional, you will work flexibly, including days, nights and sleep ins, to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
To be successful in this role, you will have a friendly, caring approach and a genuine desire to help others. You will be able to relate to people with a variety of backgrounds and have a professional, reliable and flexible attitude. You will also have the ability to work on your own or in a team and possess patience and a sense of humour.
