Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Team Leader to join our team at Thoresby Hall Hotel. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for leading our night team and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Night Team: You will be responsible for leading a team of night staff, including security personnel, housekeeping staff, and other hotel employees.
  • Ensure Guest Satisfaction: You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive experience during their stay, including responding to guest complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage Hotel Operations: You will be responsible for managing the hotel's operations during the night shift, including supervising the night staff, monitoring the hotel's systems and equipment, and ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Develop and Implement Procedures: You will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures to improve the hotel's operations and guest experience.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: You will be responsible for collaborating with other departments, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure that all guests have a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: You must have experience leading a team of employees, including supervising and mentoring staff.
  • Customer Service Experience: You must have experience providing excellent customer service, including responding to guest complaints and resolving issues.
  • Hotel Operations Experience: You must have experience working in a hotel environment, including managing hotel operations and supervising staff.
