Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, and ensuring that client objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
  • Act as the key day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met
  • Manage project finances, including monitoring and advising on project finances
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
  • Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
  • Professionally qualified (MCIOB / APM or similar)
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
