Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full-time support to the pupil, working closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Support the pupil's educational, social, and emotional development, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff, other support staff, and external agencies to ensure the pupil receives the best possible support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Ability to provide emotional support and stability to the pupil.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
