Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for collaborating with Commercial teams to ensure our forecasting for products is being put into action and our warehouse stays stocked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the demand and forecast planning process across your assortment at both category and SKU level (circa 2.5k products).
  • Using all available data, manage systems & intelligence to achieve KPI target for forecast accuracy.
  • Regular promotional and seasonal analysis of your assortment.
  • Regular analysis on NPD (new product) forecasts.
  • Root-cause issues through analysis and deep dives of key reports.
  • Building strong and collaborative trading relationships with the Buying teams and Suppliers.
  • Identifying opportunities for process change, communicating these ideas & implementing them effectively.
  • Trend and performance analysis for product range.
  • Motivate those around you through enthusiasm, quality of work and integrity.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in demand forecasting, volume planning and logistics management.
  • Proven experience in a KPI driven environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel to perform detail analysis.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and react to emerging situations in a timely manner.
  • Positive "can-do" attitude and pro-active team member.
  • Strong analytical skills and a technical mind set/proven ability to interpret numerical data.
