Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team at Cineworld Cinemas Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our food and beverage services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Accurately handle cash transactions, reconcile cash and credit card sales, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling environment.
  2. Food Handling and Stock Control: Ensure the efficient preparation and presentation of food and beverages, maintain accurate stock levels, and minimize waste.
  3. Technology and Operations: Utilize our IT systems, till operations, and telephones to manage orders, process payments, and communicate with colleagues and customers.
  4. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff, adhering to health and safety standards.
  5. Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales, promote our menu and services, and contribute to revenue growth.
  6. Standards and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
  7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handling complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  8. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and support to achieve business objectives.
  9. Key Holding and Deputising: Hold a key to the cinema and deputise for the cinema management as required.
