About the Role:
This part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner opportunity at Coordinated Care Services, Inc. offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adult and youth clients with behavioral health issues. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care through outpatient psychiatric evaluation, medication management services, counseling, and coordination of care. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing, relevant certification, and licensure.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical psychiatric services, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care
- Uphold confidentiality of client information according to agency policies and procedures
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies such as NYDOH and OMH to ensure compliance
- Coordinate patient schedules to meet treatment frequency requirements and guidelines from CMS
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues, service providers, families, and the broader community

Necessary Qualifications:
- Advanced education in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric nursing
- Active professional certifications and licensures in New York State
- Experience working with diverse populations, particularly adult and youth groups
- Previous experience serving individuals with disabilities beneficial
- At least 3 years of experience as a psychiatric provider
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMH) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Valid DEA number and DEA license in New York
- State Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) registration in New York

Salary Range: $57,840 - $76,340 per year based on experience.
