Overview
Flagship Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Keswick Multi-Care Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care to senior residents, conducting therapy screens, evaluations, and daily treatment sessions. You will also be responsible for discharge and discharge programs. The ideal candidate will have a master's or doctorate in Physical Therapy, a State License for the state in which services are being provided, and CPR certification. Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:
- Conducting therapy screens and evaluations
- Providing daily treatment sessions
- Developing and implementing discharge and discharge programs
- Documenting patient progress electronically via Optima Healthcare Solutions
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A master's or doctorate in Physical Therapy
- A State License for the state in which services are being provided
- CPR certification
- Dependability and the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served
