About the Role

New Wine Trust is seeking a Pastoral Director to lead our congregation in pastoral care and develop our work with children and young people. The successful candidate will be an ordained priest with a heart for God's people and those yet to find faith.

The Pastoral Director will work collaboratively with others, share in preaching and leading gathered worship, and contribute to the development of our church community. They will also be responsible for working as a member of Vestry, but not expected to handle day-to-day administration.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
