About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-employed mortgage broker to join Finlink Ltd and operate in the high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) space in London. As a mortgage broker in this role, you will have the chance to earn a competitive commission split and be supported by the directors, who have held high positions in the industry.

The company has a strong network of connections with accountancy practices, law firms, tax firms, and other industry players, which they are willing to share with the successful candidate. If you are self-employed and looking to access HNW personal and commercial mortgages, this role is perfect for you.

About the Company

Finlink Ltd is a smaller-sized firm that specializes in HNW and UHNW clients. The directors established the company nearly 10 years ago after successful careers in industry-leading positions. Through their careers, they established a strong network of connections, which they have leveraged to build a successful business.

The company deals with personal mortgages but also receives a significant amount of commercial and development finance business. While they can deal with high street lenders, their focus is on the private banking world due to the typical HNW clients they serve.

About the Opportunity

As a mortgage broker in this role, you will have the chance to develop your skills in the HNW mortgage market. The company will provide you with leads from their network, help you with your marketing, and even attend meetings with law, accountancy, and tax firms with you to help develop your relationships and lead sources.

You will service your existing clients and develop many new ones thanks to these connections. The company is happy to support those without experience in the private banking/HNW market. You will frequently meet these clients face-to-face due to the nature of the business they need.

The company is also taking on a full-time administrator to help take care of your administrative needs.
