About the Role

Hilton Community Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Specialist to join our team. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular and intensive day-to-day support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including helping individuals to get up in the morning and engage in daily activities.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working varied hours and shifts to meet the needs of our service users.
