We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Dispenser. This role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with patients and providing excellent customer care.
About the RoleThe Trainee Dispenser will be responsible for learning how to tailor conversations with customers, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their healthcare needs. You will also work towards delivering technical dispensary aspects, including ordering, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, and prescription collection.
Key Responsibilities- Learn how to engage with customers, understanding their individual needs and advising them with confidence and accuracy.
- Work towards delivering technical dispensary operations, minimizing dispensing losses, and ensuring safe medicine supply.
- Promote services and items by engaging with GPs and practice teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need a genuine passion for customer care and be an ambassador for healthcare in our stores. Your ability to build excellent relationships and advise patients with confidence and accuracy is essential.

The estimated hourly rate for this role is £12.00-£13.15, increasing after 6 months. The trainee role requires no prior experience and offers comprehensive training.
