Job Opportunity: General Farm Worker - Soft Fruit

We are seeking two experienced General Farm Workers to join our team at a family-run fruit farm in East Anglia. The successful candidates will have a strong background in soft or top fruit production and be looking to further develop their skills and earning potential.

The Job

As a General Farm Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the farm, including spraying, pruning, and harvesting. You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the highest quality produce is delivered to our customers.

The Candidate
  • Previous experience in soft or top fruit production
  • Spraying certificates an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and quality conscious
  • Great work ethic
The Package
  • Basic salary £24,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience
  • 40-hour contract + overtime at time and a quarter
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Accommodation available on site
