Energi People is seeking an established Director of Structural and Civil Engineering to join their multi-disciplinary consultancy. The ideal candidate will have well-established experience in a similar role within a design consultancy, with demonstrable experience of winning business and thinking commercially.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of engineers in the design and delivery of building projects
  2. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  4. Manage and develop a team of engineers to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  1. Chartered status with the IStructE or ICE
  2. Experience within building design projects
  3. Established connections in the private sector (ideal)
