The Forward Trust Careers is seeking an experienced Nighttime Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will work closely with clients in a 24/7 residential rehabilitation unit, providing essential support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

You will work on a rotating rota of day, evening, and waking night shifts, ensuring that our clients receive consistent and high-quality support. This includes providing access to medications, participating in individual interventions, and facilitating structured group sessions.

Your leadership skills and experience in training and supporting colleagues will be invaluable in this position. You will work closely with other team members to develop and implement effective care plans, promoting the well-being and success of our clients.

A competitive salary of £26,530 per annum reflects the importance of this role in helping individuals overcome challenging situations.
