Financial Controller

CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing telecoms business based in Farnborough to recruit a Financial Controller. As a key member of the management team, you will work closely with the Managing Director to manage the day-to-day financial activities and oversee a small team while supporting the strategic planned growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Work as a business partner to the budget holders, ensuring accountability surrounding variance results.
- Manage and lead the budget, forecasting, and strategic planning process - implementing controls as required.
- Oversee cash flow planning and management.
- Oversee the preparation of the statutory accounts, working with external auditors.
- Oversee the transactional finance, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, and treasury functions.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a proven track record in similar finance roles ideally within an SME environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong systems knowledge and experience of a previous ERP implementation would be highly desirable.
