About the Role
Marmion is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Huddersfield. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to understand the ideal customer profile and develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new prospects to securing new opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Lead generation and researching new prospects, ensuring all leads are qualified and align with the customer profile.
- Outreach to prospective clients through calling, LinkedIn, and networking, with the goal of setting in-person appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Commission and bonuses, with an OTE of £40k+.
- Mileage expenses reimbursed.
- Company incentive trips abroad.
- A dynamic and collaborative working culture.
- A full, clean UK driver's license and access to a car are required.
Requirements
- UK residency and commutable distance to Huddersfield are essential.
