Job Title: Traffic Management Specialist

Location: Devon, UK

Foundation Personnel Limited is seeking a skilled Traffic Marshall to join their civils gang for a civil engineering project in Devon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage site traffic to ensure safe entry and exit for vehicles.
  • Safeguard pedestrian pathways and manage their movement around the site.
  • Coordinate with site teams to schedule deliveries and minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with drivers, site personnel, and pedestrians.

Requirements:

  • A valid CPCS or NPORS card with a CSCS logo is essential.
  • Experience as a Vehicle Marshall is required.
  • Safety Critical Medical is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety are necessary.

About the Role:

This role is a temporary position that may last up to 2 years. The successful candidate will be part of a civils gang and will be responsible for controlling site traffic and managing pedestrian safety.
