We are looking for a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Tattu Leeds. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting your colleagues during busy services and working independently to manage a demanding section of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Support your team during busy services to create a positive and productive environment.
• Work independently managing a demanding section of the kitchen.
• Ability to remain calm during pressurised services.
• Demonstrate experienced knife skills and impeccable attention to detail.
• Show determination to deliver the best product and demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift to inspire those around you.
• Demonstrate a desire to push culinary boundaries and learn new skills and techniques to deliver new and unique dishes.
• Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing.
