Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineering technicians, ensuring they work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Lead and support the team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with the team and wider network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager, you will:
- Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide high equipment availability.
- Support the Reliability Engineering Manager in implementing safety and statutory compliance programs.
- Organize and direct the training program for the team to ensure sufficient technical coverage.
Qualifications and Skills
- Significant practical engineering experience, including a supervisory role managing people.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Experience working with automated equipment, including packaging machinery and conveyor systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language.
