Job Summary:
Logic Engagements is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team as a Project Engineer for a long-term contract assignment with a global consumer goods client. The successful candidate will have previous experience in packaging environments and delivering process control system projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop requirement specifications in collaboration with internal teams such as Operations.
- Utilize specialist knowledge to deliver capex projects to correct technical specification.
- Develop cost estimates and project schedules.
- Manage efficient spend for capex projects.
- Coordinate and manage external resources.
- Manage the project lifecycle, including capital approval, maintaining accurate financial data, and project closure.
- Oversee commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Provide exceptional stakeholder management skills, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and internal customers regarding plans, products, issues, timelines, and solution value.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Project Engineer/Project Manager on Engineering projects around process control systems.
- Strong background working as a Controls & Instrumentation Engineer.
- Experience with IT/Operational Technology integration.
- Proficiency reviewing solution designs using logical and physical diagrams.
- Appreciation of Cyber Security.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term contract role with a leading global FMCG company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering process control system projects and working closely with the client's Global Engineering, Digital & Automation team.
