About the Infrastructure Group

The Infrastructure Group at GIC Private Limited deploys long-term capital through direct and fund investments across the capital structure to diversify our portfolio. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Investment Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for evaluating and executing new infrastructure investments, compiling and presenting financial and qualitative analysis of companies and sectors, establishing and developing relationships with counterparties and potential investee companies, and managing the existing infrastructure portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and execute new infrastructure investments, including due diligence and financial modeling.
  • Compile and present financial and qualitative analysis of companies and sectors, including market research and industry trends.
  • Establish and develop relationships with counterparties and potential investee companies, including negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Manage the existing infrastructure portfolio, including monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Support the team in special projects, such as market mapping and industry research.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or accounting.
  • Excellent academic background from reputable institutions.
  • Outstanding working knowledge and experience of financial modeling and comparative analysis.
  • Transactional due diligence experience and strong report writing skills.
  • Strong project management and coordination experience.
  • European languages are advantageous.
