As a Staff Nurse with Brandon Trust, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. Our approach is centered around each person's values, preferences, and needs, and we're looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.

As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for providing specialist nursing care and support to our service users. This will include developing daily living skills, accessing the community, and managing personal care and medication needs.

Working in a welcoming and supportive environment, you'll have the flexibility to choose from a range of shifts, including sleep-ins. You'll also have access to ongoing training and career development opportunities, including professional qualifications.

You will:

  • Have a nursing qualification with current NMC registration (RNLD, RMN or RGN)
  • Be confident and calm under pressure
  • Have experience working with people with learning disabilities
  • Be flexible, open to a challenge, and innovative in your approach

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist nursing care and support to our service users
  • Develop daily living skills and support individuals to access the community
  • Manage personal care and medication needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for our service users
