Are you a motivated and ambitious graduate looking to break into the sales industry? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Sales Executive to join our team at BMS Performance, a leading sales recruitment agency.

About the Role:

  • As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
  • You will work closely with our experienced sales team to develop your skills and knowledge of the industry.
  • With a focus on account management, you will be responsible for up-selling new products and services to existing clients, as well as hunting for new business opportunities.
  • Our company offers a fully funded sales training programme, delivered by BMS Performance, to help you develop your skills and achieve your career goals.

BMS Performance is a UK leader in the packaging industry, with a turnover in excess of £1 billion. We are a dynamic and fast-paced company that offers a range of exciting opportunities for career development.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000, with the potential to earn up to £33,000 OTE.
  • A company car or car allowance, as well as a mobile phone and laptop.
  • A comprehensive training programme, including a fully funded sales training programme.
  • The opportunity to work with a leading company in the packaging industry.

Requirements:

  • A driving license is essential for this role.
  • You will need to be confident, enthusiastic, and resilient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No sales experience is required, but you will need to be willing to learn and develop your skills.
