About Us

Moxie People is a leading provider of housing services in South Wales, and we are seeking an experienced Surveyor for Capital Projects to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to final account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage capital investment schemes.
  • Manage onsite supply chain partners on quality, safety, programme, and costs.
  • Carry out site surveys and prepare specifications.
  • Undertake project management duties on allocated projects.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You should have knowledge of Asbestos regulations.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as construction management or engineering would be advantageous.

Benefits

  • This role offers a competitive salary of £41,403 per annum.
  • The successful candidate will be offered a flexible working arrangement with up to 4 days per week working from home.
  • You will also receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
